How do I track my shipment?
Enter the tracking number from your booking confirmation into the tracking bar on the homepage. It updates every time your shipment is scanned.
What does my tracking number look like?
It starts with ITG followed by ten digits, for example ITG4820193756.
My shipment says “Held in customs”. What now?
Customs holds are usually a paperwork query. Our clearance team is notified automatically and will contact you if they need a document from you.
Can you collect from a residential address?
Yes. Book a collection and choose a window; the driver will call ahead on the day.
Do you ship dangerous or restricted goods?
Some classes yes, with the right declarations. Contact us before booking so we can confirm what is possible on your route.
